Kelly O’Malley is a results-driven communications professional with experience in strategic planning, media relations, influencer outreach and food/nutrition communication. During her career, she has represented a client roster that includes some of the biggest names in business including Sara Lee, McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble’s Millstone Coffee and Pampers Baby Care brands, Kellogg Company, Visa USA, ConAgra Foods and many others.
Kelly has extensive experience with consumer marketing communications. While recent client campaigns have engaged a “Grey’s Anatomy” surgeon to discuss the importance of whole grain bread with Ellen Degeneres, Tyra Banks and “Entertainment Tonight” and a supermodel to treat lucky Rodeo Drive shoppers to a shopping spree, Kelly puts the greatest importance on a well thought-out and researched pitch. She employs her understanding of the journalist, media outlet, influencers and experts who can deliver consumer messages in the most credible way.
Kelly left big-agency life after a 10-year career at Fleishman-Hillard/St. Louis. Kelly was a senior vice president and partner at Fleishman-Hillard before she branched out on her own. Previously, she worked at Ralston Purina’s in-house agency for a variety of internal clients including Keystone and Breckenridge Ski resorts, Energizer Battery and Purina Pet Foods.
