Ms. Libra White, APR

Libra White is a results-oriented communications professional with over two decades of experience in public relations and media strategy. As the owner and principal consultant of Seven Media Partners LLC, she provides clients with strategic communications services tailored to their unique needs.

Throughout her career, Libra has held key roles at prominent organizations. During her tenure at IBM, she designed and implemented communication strategies for various software solutions, leading successful media relations campaigns and securing coverage in top publications. At Yahoo, she oversaw strategic communications for the Search & Marketplaces business, developing and executing global communication strategies and contributing to a Silver Anvil Award-winning campaign.

Her experience also includes PR roles at Lam Research, Brocade and Porter Novelli, where she consistently delivered measurable results and enhanced media engagement. She started her career in journalism as an associate producer in the newsroom of KSBW-TV, an NBC affiliate station.

Throughout her career, Libra has secured media coverage in top-tier publications and platforms such as The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Wired, Associated Press, The Economist, USA Today, CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Consumer Reports’ ShopSmart, Good Housekeeping, Reuters, Los Angeles Times, and many others.

Libra is a dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., with previous appointments by four national presidents to serve on its national communications and public relations committee. Additionally, she is a past board member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators.

She holds an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America. Libra earned a BA degree in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
